Discover me

Greetings, I’m Laura Heart,

and my journey began in the vibrant city of Bucharest, Romania. From those familiar streets, my path unfolded across the enchanting cities of London, Paris, and Barcelona.

Each city added its own melody to my journey, guiding me toward the Sacred Valley of the Inca in Peru—a place where my soul found its true home amidst the whispers of ancient wisdom and the embrace of the natural world.

My early life was steeped in the world of mathematics and economics, where intellect and analysis were my guiding stars.

Yet, as the demands of my career grew heavier, I felt a profound shift within me. The harmony between mind and body, so essential for true well-being, had been overshadowed by a life focused solely on the cerebral. This realization led me to redirect my path.

Driven by this newfound awareness, I turned my attention towards nurturing my well-being, earning my certification as a Nutritionist from the Health University of London, but this was just the beginning.

My heart, always open to new experiences, guided me towards the healing arts—embracing the power of plants, breathwork, meditation, and tantra.

The personal journey I undertook was marked by pain, suffering, rejection, and addiction. Through these trials, I embraced and mastered the arts of healing.

This path led me into the sacred realms of energy medicine and shamanic practices. There was a calling within me to explore the unity of mind, body, and spirit.

Guided by revered teachers from diverse indigenous traditions, my journey took me through the ancient wisdom of Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, India, and Nepal. These experiences bridged the past and present, enriching my practice with profound insights.

My studies were further deepened by exploring trauma with the teachings of Gabor Maté, which expanded my understanding of emotional and psychological healing.

Tara Brach’s meditation teachings illuminate my path with mindfulness and compassion.

Courses in mindfulness and Buddhist traditions from Nepal and India further enriched my journey, blending seamlessly with modern shamanic wisdom from Alberto Villoldo and Marcela Lobos.

In my work, I specialize in addressing addictions and supporting children with high sensitivities.

My compassionate and intuitive approach allows me to connect with and guide those struggling with addiction and those who navigate life with heightened sensitivity.

My knowledge of pranayama, Kabbalah, and meditation enhances this holistic approach.

The mountains are my sacred embrace, offering solace and strength. Communities have become the warmth of my heart, and I am here to serve my purpose as an alchemist of ancient and modern healing arts.

As a visionary, writer, artist, and psychologist, my creative spirit infuses my work with a unique perspective.

My art and writing are expressions of my journey, while my psychological background complements my holistic approach.

Over the past decade, I have received initiations from original wisdom keepers across various tribes and indigenous villages. These sacred rites have deepened my understanding and mastery, allowing me to guide others on their healing journeys with greater depth and compassion.

In my practice, I channel the ancient wisdom of energy systems, including meridians, chakras, and auras. With a gentle touch and intuitive guidance, I work to release energetic blockages, restore balance, and ignite the body’s inherent healing capabilities.

My approach is rooted in a deep respect for the interconnectedness of all life, and I am dedicated to creating a sacred space where healing and transformation can flourish.

My journey is one of profound self-discovery and love—a continuous dialogue between the conscious mind and the depths of the spirit. It is a quest to unravel the complexities of our being, to explore the hidden layers of our psyche, and to uncover the truths that lie beneath the surface.

Through reflection, introspection, and the embrace of ancient wisdom, I am here to support you in finding your path to balance, healing, and purpose.
